IEEE 1451.4 TEDS

The TEDS Editor is a PC-based software program developed to facilitate the writing and reading of TEDS data using templates per the IEEE 1451.4 standard. The TEDS Editor supports all of the templates for the newly released IEEE 1451.4 Version 1.0, the legacy templates of IEEE P1451.4 (0, 1, 12, 13 and 24) for accelerometers and microphones, and the templates LMS 117 and LMS 118 developed by LMS International.

The TEDS Editor software can be used to write TEDS data to new transducers, to update TEDS data after re-calibration, or to modify user data in the user fields.

The TEDS Editor software is very user-friendly and allows the user to work in SI or English units. TEDS data can also be saved in spreadsheet file format, text file format, and the Virtual TEDS file format that is compatible with the National Instruments Plug&Play Sensors program.
